Organization settings

Information from organization settings (e.g. account type and address) are also shared with Stripe for KYC purposes. Therefore, this should be kept up to date at all times. 


As part of our commitment to meeting KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, we share certain information from our organization settings, including account type and address, with Stripe. This helps to ensure that we have accurate and current information on file for our users. To avoid any potential delays or issues with payouts, we strongly recommend that you keep account details up-to-date at all times.


Landlord Settings

Under landlord settings, you can define a global cancelation policy that applies to all listings by default (unless specified differently in the listing page).


There are three standardized cancelation policies:

Flexible “1 Week”  

  • Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the lease will receive a 100% refund (after our Fees have been deducted)

  • Bookings cancelled up to 1 week (7 days) before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund (after our Fees have been deducted)

  • Cancelations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.


Moderate “2 Weeks”

  • Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund (after our Fees have been deducted)
  • Cancelations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.


Strict “1 Month”

  • Bookings cancelled up to 1 month (30 days) before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund (after our Fees have been deducted)
  • Cancelations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

Invoice settings

The Spacewise platform allows you to create tenant groups and enable invoice payments for specific groups of tenants. By using this feature, you can streamline the billing process and ensure that invoices are sent only to the tenants who require them. To take advantage of this functionality, simply create tenant groups and enable invoice payments as needed.

KYC for Payouts

Add Persons

To ensure that payments are processed without any problems, it is important that the persons sections in settings is complete and kept up to date. A person refers to the representative of the company.


Add Payout methods

To ensure timely and accurate payouts, it is essential that a payout method is set up and maintained with up-to-date information. This ensures that funds are transferred to the correct account and prevents any potential delays or issues. To avoid any disruptions to your payouts, please ensure that your payout method information is kept current at all times.

Note: Payouts will only work once KYC details are complete in the organization's profile.
