Domain
Spacewise requires the organization to furnish the desired domain for the portal along with the corresponding DNS settings for configuration. This enables the organization to establish a strong and consistent brand presence within the platform.
Sender email specifications
To facilitate automated platform emails, the organization's IT team is responsible for setting up a sender email identity (e.g. noreply@organzation.com), which must be shared with Spacewise. By doing so, Spacewise can send emails on behalf of the organization with the requisite permissions.
