Software-as-a-Service Agreement

The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreement is a contract between a Spacewise and a customer that outlines the terms and conditions for using our cloud-based software application. The agreement covers topics such as service levels, data privacy and security, intellectual property rights, pricing, and support. It sets out the obligations and responsibilities of both parties, and establishes a framework for the ongoing relationship between the provider and customer.

Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) outlines the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data of your customers by Spacewise (data processor) on behalf of your organization (data controller). The agreement defines the rights and obligations of both parties with respect to the processing of personal data, including the data processor's responsibilities for data security, data handling, and data protection. It is a key component of ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, such as the GDPR in the European Union.

Payout schedule

Spacewise collaborates with organizations to determine the most appropriate payout frequency for their specific financial requirements. During this process, we carefully assess the individual needs of the organization and provide guidance on the available options, including monthly and quarterly payouts.
