Effective internal communication is vital to ensure that teams are aligned. Good internal communication helps to streamline adoption, operations, and improves tenant satisfaction. Think about who needs to be informed, when to send announcements, share help documentation, and if trainings need to be organized. You can always reach out to your Spacewise Success Manager to organize workshops if needed.


Inform the team

Who will be actively managing your Property Marketing Platform? Usually key stakeholders include team members from Leasing, Marketing, Asset Management, Legal, and Accounting. Certain teams may be working with the Spacewise platform more closely, so it's important to know what trainings they might need before you go to launch. Hold regular meetings on the lead up and if necessary, and 1-1's with key stakeholders. Example emails can be viewed below. 


Communication channels

Consider how you should announce the launch of your new portal to your company. Internal bulletin boards, and company wide newsletters can be a good way to inform your colleagues from different departments. You can also utilize internal messaging IM's such as Slack, Microsoft Teams etc, for real-time communication and quick updates. Remember to maintain any documents and resources in your companies internal portal.

Meetings: Face to face interactions help your stakeholders get more of a feel for the launch of your new Property Marketing Portal. It creates a space for team members to be more active and raise any questions they might have.


Training workshops: Training sessions play a pivotal role in ensuring that your team understands how to effectively utilize the Spacewise Suite and integrate it effectively into their workflows. They provide an opportunity for hands-on learning, allowing team members to explore the tool's features in an open environment. Interactive elements like hands-on demonstrations and Q&A sessions enhance understanding. Offer follow-up resources and organize additional sessions as needed.


New colleagues: Support new joiners and get them up to speed with your Spacewise process. Your can get in touch with your customer success manager to schedule trainings and workshops.
