To help with uploading content, Spacewise can conduct batch imports for properties and listings.  

The import template can be found at the bottom of this article.

The process

The process for batch imports are as follows:

1. Definition of shared timeline for import process
2. Import file templates are shared by Spacewise. Usually within 1-3 business days.
3. Import files are prepared by the organization. 
4. Organization approves the import files and sends them to Spacewise for final approval.
5. Batch creation of buildings/listings by Spacewise. Usually within 6-10 business days.

Properties and listings  

To import properties and listings, we need information for each property and each space. The basics are, but not limited to, descriptions, space type, space use, features, size of the space.

Please download the import file and check the field guide to see exactly what information is needed. 

Fields in the import file marked with a gray background do not need to be filled in.

Images

For large imports, there is a separate process for uploading images. Your customer success manager will discuss this with you. For all images, we need a unique identifier (internal IDs or location codes), usually provided by the organization. This is used to assign the images to the correct listings and properties when uploaded. 

Please also include images of the space interior, exterior, significant features and floor plans.
