In the Spacewise Platform, an organization can use their own legal documentation, and lay out the basis of the leasing terms from within the platform.
Leasing terms

- Occupancy
- Behavior
- Assembly and dismantling
Technical
- Power connections
- Water connection
- Cleaning
- Fire protection
- Vehicles
- Insurance
- Guarding
- Parking
- Jurisdiction, applicable
- law. Domicile of delivery
House rules
Include any house rules relating that tenants must adhere to in order for them to let the space.
This includes:
- Minimal rental (e.g. 1 day, 1 week)
- Maximum rental (e.g. 7 days, 30 days)
- Lease start and end time (e.g. 08:00 am - 00:00 pm)
- Cancellation policy (either 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks)
Cancellation policies can be laid out globally from the landlord settings, or individually for each listing in the listing wizard. Find more information about landlord settings.
