Listing-specific notifications
Listing-specific notifications send out automated notifications regarding a listing's activity. This can be, confirmed bookings, when a booking is due to start, changes to the booking etc. These types of notifications are not exclusive to platform users and can be sent up with any external stakeholder's email address. This is especially useful for any maintenance teams or agencies that need to be informed about a listing's activity.

Subscribe to a Listing's calendar
Calendar subscriptions for specific listings can be set up so that users can add a listing's booking activity to their calendar.

User specific notification settings
User specific notifications are found under settings>notifications. For example, it could be possible that platform admins do not need to receive inbox notifications. Users can disable/enable the most relevant notifications for them.

Shared inbox for a property
Shared inboxes allow you to easily manage communication across different properties, teams, or users. This can be set up from the property page under settings. By enabling notification settings to yes, notifications will be turned off for all users and sent only to the selected email address (e.g. bookings@spacewise.net).
Notification flow
Here you can see the structure of notifications depending on if they're in a shared inbox or not. Shared inbox notifications are set at a global level, whereas setups without a shared inbox allow users to manage their notification at an individual level.
